Outline of Research at the Start

2型糖尿病病態進展における膵ラ氏島のN6-メチルアデノシトシン（m6A） RNAメチレー
ションの役割を解明することを目的としている。このため、膵ラ氏島のm6A RNAメチル化
レベルの継時的な変化と、SGLT2阻害薬による糖毒性の回避がこのメチル化不全を抑制す
るかどうかについて検討する。
