Outline of Research at the Start

トリプルネガティブ乳癌（TNBC）は悪性度が高い予後不良乳癌として知られている．近年PD-1/PD-L1の経路阻害によりPD-L1陽性TNBCにおいて良好な治療成績が報告されるようになったが，PD-L1陰性のTNBCにおいては依然として予後不良である．PD-L1陰性のグループをQuad negative breast cancer(QNBC)とし， QNBCにおける新たな免疫不活化阻害分子を同定・検証することを考案した． 方法としては，QNBCにおける遺伝子パネルを作成し，QNBCに対する新たなプレシジョン・メディシンに則した治療戦略の礎を築きQNBC患者の予後改善に寄与することを目的とする．
