Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、１）臓器移植における、HSP90の関与を明らかにすること、および２）HSP90阻害剤の移植片灌流による臨床効果について検証すること、である。
研究にはマウス異所性心移植モデル、マウス腎移植モデルを用いる。それぞれにおいて、移植臓器機能、虚血再灌流障害、および移植後超急性期における免疫応答と、HSP90の組織内発現との関連を明らかにする。さらに、HSP90阻害剤を移植片に灌流した上で各移植をおこない、それぞれの反応における変化、効果を明らかにする。また、腎移植臨床検体を用い、灌流液および患者血清のHSP90濃度を測定し、虚血再灌流と血中HSP90濃度の関連を解析する。
