Outline of Research at the Start

応募者らは卵巣癌のサーフェソーム解析を実施して新規診断・治療標的候補を同定した。そこで本法を膵癌の新規標的探索にも適用し、まず膵癌細胞の細胞表面タンパク質をビオチンアビジン濃縮法と質量分析によるプロテオミクス解析で網羅的に同定した後、正常組織で発現しない分子の膵癌細胞における機能解析と共に診断・治療標的としての有用性を検証する。
