Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、食道胃接合部癌および食道腺癌における口腔内常在菌による一酸化窒素の曝露および胃酸、胆汁酸逆流が誘導する低メチル化により、non-cording RNAを介するsiRNA機構に異常を来し、キネトコアの形成が破綻するという一連のプロセスを検証します。食道胃接合部癌、食道腺癌の発癌メカニズムとして、低メチル化を介する染色体不安定性の関与が明白になると期待されます。
