Outline of Research at the Start

抗癌剤を内包させることが可能であるフタロシアニン修飾リポソーム（Ph810-Lipo）は、血管透過性と滞留性亢進（Enhanced permeation and retention; EPR）効果により癌部に集積することで、局在診断が可能となる。さらに、光感受性物質であるフタロシアニンを利用した光線力学療法(photodynamic therapy; PDT) および内包している抗癌剤の放出により、根治的な抗腫瘍効果が期待できる。本研究では、治療抵抗性胆管癌に対するPh810-Lipo を用いた臨床応用に向け、動物モデルを用いた基礎的実験を行う。
