Outline of Research at the Start

腹腔洗浄細胞診検体のct-DNAとAIによる細胞核画像解析を組み合わせることで、画一的に術後早期再発症例を予測し、手術のタイミングを明確に判断する診断法の開発を行う。この診断法確立によって、侵襲の多い膵癌・胆道癌の手術適応が施設や前後の治療によらず明確にされることが期待される。
