Outline of Research at the Start

膜受容体型チロシンキナーゼのerythropoietin-producing hepatocellular A 2 (EphA2)は、胆道がんを含む様々なヒトがん組織において過剰発現し、がん化とその進行に密接に関係している。EphA2を標的とした抗体を基盤として、①光感受物質および②EphA2センスオリゴヌクレオチドを複数結合させることで、胆道がんの新たな治療法の開発を行う。抗EphA2抗体薬によってメカニズムの異なる２つの治療物質の効果を融合することで、胆道がんの根治を可能とする革新的な創薬を目指す。
