Outline of Research at the Start	ctDNA陽性で遠隔転移のない症例に対する細胞療法の臨床試験を行う前段階として、その意義を確認する前臨床研究を計画している。まず、ctDNA陽性症例の癌患者血中よりCTCを分離し、免疫系マーカーやケモカインの発現パターンを検討する。次に、癌細胞株と血液に混ぜたがん細胞のスパイク血液を作成し、CTCを分離する。細胞療法の基礎検討として、CTCの分離が細胞製剤で抑制されることを確認する。これらにより、結腸・直腸癌根治切除後のctDNA陽性例症例に対する術後補助療法としての細胞療法の可能性を検討する。
