Outline of Research at the Start

直腸癌手術において肛門括約筋の全温存が困難な症例では術後に排便機能障害が高頻度に発生する。薬物療法や理学療法が行われているが未だに有効な治療はない。本研究では排便機能障害モデルラットの肛門括約筋に「ヒト由来脂肪幹細胞」を用いて作製した多層化脂肪幹細胞シートを移植し、排便機能のさらなる改善を目指す。
