Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，ヒトとマウスの大腸粘膜における上皮，血管，神経の３次元解剖を明らかにし，陰窩に分布する神経叢の存在部位を追求する．また，マウス大腸陰窩・神経刺激モデルを作成し，陰窩に分布する神経を直接刺激して上皮細胞の増殖・消失過程を解析し，上皮細胞の恒常性維持に関する神経の役割を明らかにする．さらに，迷走神経切断の有無別にストレス負荷マウスにおける大腸上皮の細胞動態を解析し，大腸上皮の恒常性維持への脳の関与を検討する．
本研究は，大腸上皮の細胞動態を神経生理学の観点から明らかにしようとする試みである．
