Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、膵癌の早期診断と治療成績の向上を目指す。特に、リキッドバイオプシーを用いた新たなバイオマーカーの同定と治療戦略の確立に焦点を当て、血中エクソソームの糖鎖解析や遊離核酸からのKRAS遺伝子変異の検出により、膵癌の診断、治療効果判定、再発早期診断の有用性を検証する。これまでのエクソソームの絶対計測システムやPNAclamp法などの先進技術を活用し、早期膵癌診断と集学的治療の最適化を実現する。また、家族性・遺伝性膵癌家系に対するゲノム解析研究と個別化医療の確立を通じて、ハイリスク群の早期診だと予防にも貢献する。この包括的な研究アプローチにより、膵癌治療の新たなパラダイムを構築する。
