Outline of Research at the Start

ミトコンドリア機能の低下は老発癌に関与することが知られている。ミトコンドリア機能低下によって増加するGDF15は、様々ながんで予後不良因子との報告があるがその機序は不明な点が多く、本研究で大腸癌患者のミトコンドリア機能を評価し、MA-5の大腸癌への有効性を検証する。
