Outline of Research at the Start	消化器癌（胃癌や大腸癌）の生存率向上のためには、腹膜播種治療が重要であるが、切除不能な場合が多く難治性である。本研究では、原発巣や腹膜播種に対し、新規磁性粒子イットリウム鉄ガーネットを用いた磁気温熱療法と放射線化学療法の併用でネオアンチゲンを誘導し、その後にmRNAネオアンチゲンワクチンを用いた免疫療法を行なうことで、腫瘍を破壊する治療法の確立を目的とする。
