Outline of Research at the Start	申請者らのこれまでの研究で、難治性右側大腸癌は生物学的・遺伝子学的・臨床的に通常の大腸癌とは異なるサブタイプであることが明らかになりつつあり、従来のAPC遺伝子変異を発端とする多段階発癌とは異なる発癌機構を持つことが示唆されている。本研究では、難治性右側大腸癌の手術検体を用いたLive single cell RNA sequenceやNanopore sequenceなどの最先端のTranscriptome解析を行うことで、APC遺伝子非依存性の大腸癌の新規の発癌機構を解明する。
