Outline of Research at the Start

近年、血液中の循環腫瘍DNAを用いて癌の遺残を診断する方法が開発されてきた。筆者らは尿中循環腫瘍DNAを用いて血液と同様に尿で癌の遺残を同定できることを報告した。血液中や尿中では癌以外のDNAも存在するためその精度が低い。循環腫瘍DNAが安定して保存されている血液中および尿中エクソソームを用いて、より精度の高い癌の遺残を検出することが可能であるか検証する。
