重症PTS患者における遺伝的背景は、明らかにされていない。重度PTS患者における遺伝的背景を明らかにすることにより、PTS患者の診断及び治療方針の向上である。PTS患者の病的バリアントの同定と病的バリアントの違いによる臨床的特徴を明らかにする。遺伝的バリアントの有無、バイオマーカー、及び臨床的背景を評価し、PTS発症のリスク層別化を目指す。
