Outline of Research at the Start	脱細胞化ヒト心筋組織を利用して、ヒト心筋組織に“最も近い”環境で作成した模倣ヒト心筋組織は、ヒト心筋組織に近い物性や機能を有するのかを検証することが目的である。ヒトに“近い”心筋組織が作成できれば、今後の心筋再生の研究に大きく貢献できると考えられる。そのために、まず脱細胞化ヒト心筋組織を利用して模倣ヒト心筋組織を作成することを目指し、その模倣ヒト心筋組織の機能や特性を検証する予定である。
