Outline of Research at the Start	虚血性心筋症において、exosomeを用いた治療法は、細胞移植療法における免疫拒絶や潜在的な腫瘍発生リスクの問題を解決できる新たな心筋再生治療法として期待されているが、低侵襲かつ特異的に心筋組織にexosomeを送達する技術の開発が必要である。本研究は、虚血心筋組織特異的ペプチドをexosomeに修飾し、簡便、低侵襲、かつ特異的にexosomeを虚血心筋組織に送達する技術の開発を行う事を目的とする。本研究の成果は、exosomeを用いた虚血性心筋症に対する治療法の実用化に繋がる可能性があると考える。
