Outline of Research at the Start

胸部大動脈瘤や胸腹部大動脈瘤の手術後の脊髄障害は、最も重篤な合併症の一つであり，患者の生活や生命に大きな影響を与える。
脊髄障害につながる脊髄虚血を手術中に起こしたかどうかを判断することは重要であるが、現状では脊髄虚血を評価する方法が十分ではない。
近年、脳神経疾患において脳の障害を評価されている物質が報告されている。脳脊髄液中のその物質が、脊髄虚血でも評価が可能かについて評価を行う。
