Outline of Research at the Start

肺移植は終末期呼吸不全に対する有効な治療法として確立をしています。しかし、その長期予後は他の固形臓器移植よりも不良であり、肺が外界に開かれた臓器であり、さらに免疫組織が豊富であることが一因と考えられています。本研究ではB細胞に着目し、その機能を制御する因子であるBAFFの関与についてマウス肺移植モデルを用いて検討を行います。javascript:onTransientSave();
