Outline of Research at the Start

網羅的な細胞表面マーカースクリーニングにより、Lymphocyte antigen 6（Ly6）ファミリーの一つであるLY6Dが、正常肺組織にはほとんど発現が認められない一方で、腫瘍細胞表面に過剰発現していること、LY6D発現が患者予後に関わることを見出している。しかし、これまでにLY6D発現が非小細胞肺癌の増大および進行に与える影響は明らかとなっていない。本研究は、非小細胞肺癌におけるLY6Dの役割を明らかにすることを目的とし、LY6Dを標的とする抗体医薬の作製と非小細胞肺癌マウスモデルでの抗腫瘍効果の検証を行う。
