Outline of Research at the Start

外科的切除から治療または再発までの、肺癌のゲノムの進化を明らかにする英国の他施設共同試験：TRACERｘにおいて、全ゲノム倍加が無病生存期間に関与することが明らかとなり、臨床転機の改善に繋がる新しい知見として本年報告された。本研究において、申請者が樹立している肺癌患者由来オルガノイドから全ゲノム倍加細胞の同定、分離を行い、その増殖、転移能、薬剤感受性を調べることで、肺癌の悪性度、再発への関りを解明する。
