Outline of Research at the Start

単型性のMR1に提示されるがん由来の複合体をターゲットとしたT細胞療法の可能性を調べるための基礎研究を行う。そのために、患者検体を解析対象とした直接的なアプローチを試み、がん患者体内におけるMR1特異的T細胞の意義を調べるためにT細胞自体の存否を調べて解析し、そのT細胞の特徴を明らかにするためにマーカーや発現遺伝子の解析を行う。最終的には免疫治療への応用可能性を検討する。
これらにより新しいコンセプトによる免疫治療の開発に繋げていきたいと考えている。
