Outline of Research at the Start

これまでの研究から得られた予測式をもとに、1）口腔外科領域の手術患者を対象に術前に内因性疼痛調節機能およびPCS評価を行い、術後急性痛高リスク患者を同定する。2）術後急性痛高リスク患者および低リスク患者を介入群とコントロール群に割り付け、術後痛管理を行う。3）一次評価項目として術後急性痛の大きさ（術後痛と術後経過時間の積分値：VASAUC）を算出する。術後急性痛高リスク介入群における術後急性痛が、低リスク非介入群の術後急性痛と同程度となれば、内因性疼痛調節機能検査に基づく術後急性痛予測式の適切性が証明され、本予測検査の臨床応用に繋がる。
