Outline of Research at the Start

これまでに申請者は、高用量ダイノルフィンAをラット髄腔内に投与して生じる疼痛はNMDA受容体グリシン結合部位アンタゴニストにより拮抗されること、モルヒネ慢性投与により脳内Dセリン量が増加すること、などを明らかにした。DセリンはNMDA受容体グリシン結合部位の内在性リガン ドとしてNMDA受容体活性を調節する。本研究ではDセリン代謝、ダイノルフィンA代謝、オピオイド誘発性痛覚過敏との関連性を明らかにすることを目的とする。
