Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、①基礎実験系で麻薬性鎮痛薬の抗癌免疫抑制作用の機序を解明しつつ、同時にこれをケタミンが打ち消すかを証明し、②臨床試験で麻薬性鎮痛薬とケタミンを併用した全身麻酔法が癌切除手術を受けた患者の生存率を改善するか、を検討する。
