Outline of Research at the Start	局所麻酔薬は時に全身性中毒を生じ、中枢神経毒性が進行すると全身痙攣から呼吸停止に至って致死的状態に陥る事があるため、その機序解明は局所麻酔薬中毒治療において重要な役割を果たすが未だ不明な点も多い。最近、カルシウムシグナルが中毒作用の主な機序である可能性が報告された。CRAC (Calcium-release activated calcium) チャネルの関わりが示唆されるため、本研究計画は申請者らが所有するCRACチャネルノックアウトマウスを用いてその機序の詳細を検討し、局所麻酔薬中毒の治療また予防に貢献する事を目的とする。
