Outline of Research at the Start

術後に運動機能障害の発生が危惧される脊椎脊髄手術や開頭手術などでは、運動機能の温存を目的として術中に運動機能をリアルタイムに評価するMEPモニタリングが行われている。小児の場合、術後運動機能障害が発生すると機能的予後だけでなく、児の成長・発達にも影響を及ぼす重大な問題であるため、MEPモニタリングの成功率を上げるための最適なモニタリング条件の確立は急務である。MEPを抑制しないようハイブリッド麻酔を考案したが、本研究では、脊椎脊髄手術でMEPモニタリングを施行される 15 歳未満の小児を対象として、ハイブリッド麻酔が小児のMEPを安定的に記録するため有効か調査する。
