Outline of Research at the Start	心不全患者においては血流のうっ滞によって血栓塞栓症のリスクが上がり、さまざまな合併症を発症することで予後が大きく左右される。現在の医療では、定量的に心不全患者の血栓塞栓症のリスクを計測する方法はなく、客観的な指標の構築が求められてきた。本研究では流体力学をベースとした超音波Vector Flow Mapping(VFM)を用いて心不全患者の心臓内の血流を解析し、新しい凝固系の指標である高感度トロンビンアッセイと組み合わせることにより、心不全患者における血栓形成のリスクを明らかにし、最適な治療につなげることを目的とする。
