Outline of Research at the Start

手術に用いられる麻酔方法・薬物がその後のがん治療に及ぼす影響について、疫学的研究は増えつつある一方、その薬理学的背景は未解決のままである。そこで、麻酔薬とがん細胞に特異的な膜脂質構造との相互作用、さらには使用される抗腫瘍薬との膜組織を介した薬物相互作用にも着目し、機序的膜相互作用の視点から麻酔のがん治療に対する影響を検討する。また、その結果を当院のデータベースに照らして検証し、がん患者に対するより有益な麻酔科学的貢献を追求する。
