Outline of Research at the Start

周術期の敗血症やその他の周術期のあらゆる侵襲的な状況において、血液中と尿中のシンデカンー１を同時に測定し、その動態を比較することで、尿中シンデカン-1が血液中シンデカン-1と同等の有用性を持った検査であるかどうか検討する。そして、血液中シンデカン－１よりも低侵襲かつ簡便に測定できる尿中シンデカン-1から、血液中シンデカン-1と同等の有用性を持った検査であることを調べることである。
