Outline of Research at the Start	胸部・胸腹部大動脈手術の術後に起こる対麻痺は非常に重篤な合併症であり、患者のQOL低下のみならず生命予後を短縮することが明らかになっている。その問題を解決するために多くの研究行われているが、いまだ有効な予防法、治療法は開発されていない。本研究では。超低侵襲血管造影法を用いて、今後の大血管手術研究の基礎となる複合血管閉塞脊髄虚血ラットモデルを新規に開発し、対麻痺発症の予防、治療に応用する。
