Outline of Research at the Start	社会的損失の大きい脳動脈瘤破裂に対し、より侵襲の少ない治療法の開発が待たれている。本研究では、再生医療に用いられ実績があり、比較的低侵襲で採取できる自己成分由来の幹細胞を用いた脳動脈瘤破裂の予防法の確立を目指すものである。具体的にはマウスを用いた新規脳動脈瘤モデルを用い、マウス脳室内に歯髄幹細胞を投与することで、将来的なヒトへの応用研究につながる基礎を確立する。
