Outline of Research at the Start	損傷組織から漏出した細胞内タンパク質の細胞外での新たな役割が注目されている。研究代表者はこれまでに168種類の細胞内タンパク質を潜在的機能分子として同定した。本研究課題においては、蘇生後脳症予後不良群の脳脊髄液で増加していた潜在的機能分子に着目し、中枢神経組織の免疫細胞であるミクログリアに与える影響を解析する。中枢神経障害での役割が善玉か悪玉かを判定し、新たな治療法への応用につなげる。
