Outline of Research at the Start	肺血栓塞栓症は近年増加傾向にある。ECMO管理を要する高リスク例の院内死亡率は約30～50%と高く、これらは病院内で発症する場合があり問題となっている。しかし、本症へECMOを導入した場合の再灌流治療の適応や管理法は確立されていない。近年は、標準化されたプロトコルに基づき迅速に適切な治療を行うショックチームアプローチ・マネジメントが推奨されている。本研究では東京都CCUネットワーク加盟76施設のCCUに入室した重症肺血栓塞栓症患者を対象に、患者背景、治療経過、院内予後を前向きに集積、検証し、ECMOを要する重症例の治療方針の標準化につながる方策や指標を見出し、標準化プロトコルの確立を目指す。
