Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、１）モバイル空間情報を用いた詳細な被害想定と医療データから導き出される医療需給のアンバランスを明らかにし、２）医療の偏在性を是正するための医療体制改善策を提言し、３）衛星データを蓄積された医療データGIS上に展開し、情報分析を行うとともに、この情報を発信するシステムを構築する。４）さらに市民に対する防災教育の効果を検証する。
