Outline of Research at the Start

CyTOFマスサイトメトリーを用いた網羅的細胞解析、養子細胞移植を用いた動物実験、多施設共同の臨床検体バイオバンクを活用し、基礎・臨床研究の両面から外傷後に生じる免疫恒常性破綻の本質的な解明を試みる。Tregを介した免疫恒常性バランスを標的とした新規治療戦略の構築に向けた方向性を提示し、外傷後の遅発死亡の克服を目指す。
