Outline of Research at the Start

「腸管原性敗血症患者の（手術で切除される大網内の）細動脈の血管内皮障害について機能と形態学的に評価することで病態重症度を正確に反映できるのではないか？」という着想に基づいて、
・細動脈の内皮機能を血管内皮由来過分極反応に着目して微小電極法により検討する
・細動脈の血管内皮グリコカリックスを電子顕微鏡と血中マーカーで確認する
上記結果をもとに、患者のAPACHEⅡ/SOFA score、治療法、予後を照会し、重症度を反映する新しい指標となりうるか検討する
