Outline of Research at the Start	”at a glance”で診断可能な画像情報・生体情報画像・合成MR・プロファイル画像を統合してWHO2021脳腫瘍分類に基づいた脳腫瘍の鑑別・治療効果予測・予後と結びつく画像所見を抽出して、術前鑑別診断アルゴリズムを作成する。脳腫瘍患者の血液、髄液から直接、またはエクソソームを単離後に抽出したsmall RNAを次世代シークエンサーにて網羅的に解析したデータよりバイオマーカーを特定し、さらに画像情報と合わせて、術前鑑別診断率を向上させる。経過観察の画像情報から造影剤を使用しないで経過観察可能な疾患と必要な疾患を明らかにする。腫瘍型ごとに、経過観察に有用な血液バイオマーカーを同定する。
