Outline of Research at the Start	重症頭部外傷後の高次機能障害とAMPA受容体集積の関連性をAMPA-PETを用いて評価する。さらに、AMPA受容体集積の治療標的としての意義づけについて、光傷害モデルマウスを用いた2光子イメージングにより、AMPA受容体の経時的な密度変化を追跡するとともにAMPA受容体関連薬投与による行動変化を解析する。以上により、高次機能障害時のAMPA受容体の挙動解明を目指し、最終的には高次機能障害に対するAMPA受容体関連薬剤による治療法開発に繋げていく。
