Outline of Research at the Start

膠芽腫におけるサイトカイン、特にマクロファージから分泌されるTNF-αが腫瘍細胞(GSCとDGC)に与える影響を一細胞レベルで解析し、TNF-α阻害による治療機序を解明し、さらに“腸脳相関が、マクロファージから分泌されるTNF-αに与える影響を追求し、治療標的としての意義を探索する。
