Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では膠芽腫における細胞ごとに特有の振動数に基づいたシングルセルラマン分光法を確立し、術前画像から定位的に採取した腫瘍本体と浸潤領域の細胞の状態を非破壊的に観察し分類する。各領域に分布する固有の細胞の特定や機能解明につながり、膠芽腫幹細胞や浸潤しやすい細胞の特定、その特性を明らかにできると考えられる。本研究の発展により腫瘍特性と腫瘍浸潤メカニズム解明につながり、治療法の限られた膠芽腫において新規治療法の開発や新たな診断法の確立が期待できる。
