Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、自治体の脳卒中発症を高精度に予測するモデルを作成し、その発症予測に有意に貢献する住民特性データ、気象データを明らかにする。本研究にて申請者は、脳卒中発症リスクに関連があると考えられる50項目以上の住民特性データ、気象データを包括的に機械学習に投入して、特定地域の特定日の脳卒中発症を高精度に予測するモデルを提案する。これは、脳卒中が発生してから対応に追われるよりも、発生前に診療態勢を整えておくという先制医療の観点から脳卒中治療の質の改善を目指す全く新しい戦略である。
