Outline of Research at the Start

ブタ前十字靭帯損傷モデルを用いて卵巣摘出を行い、続発性無月経状態を作成後24週で前十字靭帯再建術を行い、前十字靭帯再建術術後12週で安楽殺し、続発性無月経が前十字靭帯再建術後の力学的強度の劣化に影響するか生体力学的、組織学的評価を行う。本研究の成果は若年女性アスリートの前十字靭帯損傷に対する術後移植腱の力学的強度劣化が低減された新規手術治療法の開発の基盤となると期待される。
