Outline of Research at the Start

小児のペルテス病と成人の特発性大腿骨頭壊死症（ONFH）は、どちらも大腿骨頭壊死であるが、完全修復が期待できるペルテス病と、ほとんど修復されないONFHでは大きく予後が異なる。なぜ小児と成人でこれほどまで骨壊死修復能が異なるのか、本研究は骨壊死修復の最前線である”リパラティブフロント“に注目し、骨壊死マウスモデルを用いてその機序の解明に挑戦するものである。
