Outline of Research at the Start	研究代表者らは臨床応用の成功例のない関節リウマチ（RA）滑膜細胞増殖抑制を主標的とした薬剤開発を目指し、SPACIA1分子を中心とするその分子機序を明らかにしてきた。「CDK6阻害薬の関節炎抑制効果検証とその特性調査」では、SPACIA1がその発現に関わるCDK6を標的とした阻害薬とその誘導体の関節炎抑制効果を検証しその特性を明らかにする。「SPACIA1依存的重症関節炎バイオマーカー候補の見極め」では、ヒトにおけるSPACIA1依存的重症RAのマーカー分子同定を目指し、これまでの研究で見出したマーカー候補について関節炎スコアやSPACIA1発現との相関についてマウスモデルを用いて検証する。
