Outline of Research at the Start

①尿路変向による廃用性低活動萎縮膀胱「DRB rat model」の回復モデルの確立、②「PNC rat model」の骨盤神経損傷を応用した「DRB rat model」廃用性萎縮膀胱回復モデル「DRB＋PNC rat model」における神経支配の影響の観察、③「DRB＋PNC rat model」での膀胱線維化あるいは非代償性膀胱機能不全と、ウサギでの候補遺伝子との関連の検証、④特にATPやNO放出に関連するTRPV4、P2RX1, PIEZO2, Cx43, NOS、またAT1あるいはAT2受容体阻害薬による膀胱線維化や低活動膀胱の抑制効果の検証
