| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、ハンナ型間質性膀胱炎の複雑な病態を明らかにするために、Single細胞RNA-seqと空間トランスクリプトーム解析を組み合わせる。具体的には、病変部位における細胞の遺伝子発現パターンとそれらの空間的配置を詳細に調べることで、炎症を引き起こす核心となる分子を同定し、その知見を基に新たな治療法の開発を目指す。さらに、この研究では、尿中に存在するエクソソーム内の分子発現を分析することにより、間質性膀胱炎の早期診断や病勢の予測に役立つバイオマーカーの同定も目標とする。これらのアプローチにより、ハンナ型間質性膀胱炎の包括的な理解を深め、有効な診断法と治療法の開発に貢献することを期待する。
