Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、尿道下裂が顕在化しうる性差構築期-妊娠末期のマウス胎児を用い、透明化技術、マイクロX線CT解析等の非破壊的な3次元的解析を行うことで生殖器周辺を正確に再構築し、その上でソフトウェアを用いて時空間・機械的に各種パラメータの数値を測定する。さらに薬剤誘導性尿道下裂モデル、遺伝学的アンドロゲン高産生マウスを用いて組織学的パラメータの妥当性を検討し、併せて外生殖器遺伝子解析解析、羊水中タンパク質の生化学的評価を行う。このような胎児環境における包括的評価から、多元的かつ高精度な尿道下裂リスク診断方法を確立する。
